A miserable experience of Post-traumatism

I am not a psychologist or psychiatrist, but I have been observing my life carefully. Life was going smoothly and everything was taking place expectedly. With time, the exhaustion surrounded everything. I was feeling some psychological changes. Everything was looking meaningless and whenever I tried to share this phenomenon with other friends, I got the same response as I have been observing. Whoever I met and tried to share, started telling the miseries of life. They also mentioned that they were in need of detoxes.

This phenomenon also captured my brain nerves, and I was in severe headaches for days. This intensified what would happen without me in this world. Everything will be taking place smoothly. Stopped. Locked. And stuck.

Social media became useless. Although it is. But one can change his life while using it rightly. This is what we had been taught. Now, I can claim that someone can use it for whatever purposes he/she has in mind. One day, I saw a post that was about Sagar Gopang`s suicide (a student who attempted suicide) and it was painful to see dying a lad just because of the financial crisis, depression, and expectations that people associated with him.

Went to bed. Slept for 12 hours. Again, saw a post that was about suicide. This time, a poet did that. Day passed.

Gathered at the dining table with buddies. Discussed once again what I was feeling. This time, again got the response from a friend who was back home. He shared the same experience and feelings.

Certain causes led me to push into the enigma.

I am sharing them. So, if there is any person who wants a directional and comprehensive guide, this may be helpful.

· If you face agitation, don’t quit, just rest for a while.

· Purify the purposes, goals, missions, and tasks once again.

· Don’t put your feet into someone else's shoes.

· Drop negative people and never ever take care of them.

· Stop worrying about what people think about you because expectations deteriorate the relations.

· Letting anyone hold the reins of yourself causes trouble. Avoid it.

Now, what had to be done? Is there something to be talked about? Something there was: it was the purpose of doing something great for the world will remember forever. Now, feeling quite well and dedicated again to a big task. Learned a lot.
